How It Works

KSA Tier Thresholds

In Saudi Arabia, your resignation tier determines how much of your EOSB you actually receive:

• -- Under 2 years: no EOSB if resigned
• -- 2-5 years: 1/3 of entitlement
• -- 5-10 years: 2/3 of entitlement
• -- 10+ years: full entitlement

Termination and contract end always pay full entitlement. Female employees who resign within 6 months of marriage or 3 months of childbirth also receive full entitlement.
