When a job ends in the Gulf, the most stressful question is usually the simplest one: how much am I actually owed? EOSBCalculator.com exists to answer that — accurately, instantly, and for free — for every one of the six GCC countries.
We build free calculators and plain-English guides for End of Service Benefits — the gratuity (UAE, Qatar, Oman), the End of Service Benefit / ESB (Saudi Arabia), and the indemnity (Kuwait, Bahrain). We cover the whole final settlement: the gratuity itself, unused annual leave, and notice-period pay — plus the tools you need next, from a settlement checker to a demand-letter generator.
Everything runs in your browser. We do not store your salary, dates, or results on any server — there is no database behind these calculators.
Primary sources only. Every formula is built from the law itself — UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, the Saudi Labour Law (Royal Decree M/51), and the equivalent statute in each other GCC state — not from second-hand blog summaries.
Verify against the source of record. We link the official government calculator or labour portal on every country page (MoHRE, Qiwa/HRSD, ADLSA, PAM, SIO, MoL) so you can check our estimate against the authority that pays.
Dated and reviewed. Each guide and calculator carries a "last reviewed" date and a sources block. Our full approach is documented on the methodology page.
Edge cases, handled. We model the rules other calculators skip: the UAE Savings Scheme, KSA resignation tiers and the female marriage/childbirth exceptions, Bahrain's 2024 SIO split, and Oman's July 2023 rate change.
Content is maintained by the EOSBCalculator.com editorial team. We are in the process of appointing a qualified labour-law reviewer to formally sign off the legal content; until that appointment is made, we say so openly rather than attach a name we cannot stand behind. Last site review: June 2026.
Spotted something that looks wrong, or know the law has changed? That feedback directly improves the tools for the next person who lands here.
The calculators and guides are, and will remain, free. Where we point to a useful paid service — for example, a money-transfer provider to send your settlement home — that may be an affiliate link, which helps cover the cost of running the site at no extra cost to you. It never changes the numbers we show you.
