How does the split calculation work?
Service before July 2023 earns 15 days/year. Service from July 2023 earns 1 month/year. Both amounts are totalled automatically.
Do I get EOSB if I resign in Oman?
Yes — Oman law has no resignation penalty. You receive the same gratuity whether you resign or are terminated.
What if my employer hasn't paid?
File a complaint with the Ministry of Labour, Oman (mol.gov.om). Delays in EOSB payment are a breach of Omani labour law.
